The most remarkable part has been the height gain of my 12yo son. I did notice improvement in her appetite. She's a picky eater so seeing her gain a bit of weight (she has a small frame and smaller than most of her classmates) was a good sign. I also noted that she gained almost inch in height from July to Aug when previously it takes a few months for her to show any heigh increase.
